Cement Masons at Work

The slideshow below shows more than 20 apprentices from the Cement Masons Union Local 404 at work at the Fire Museum, learning their trade. The foreman, Paul Metcalf, is in the first photo wearing the red shirt and giving out orders. He is the director of Local 404‘s apprenticeship program. Paul has been bringing cement masons to help out at the Fire Museum for more than a year. He and the union have much to be proud of and the Fire Museum much to be thankful for.

A very special thank you to Paul and the Cement Masons Union Local 404 for all their help!
